ERIFON HD 603 HP mixtures are available for use as BOP control fluid or flushing fluid where a fluid is needed to offer lubricity and corrosion protection. Mixtures are available with various concentrations of ethylene glycol to aid in longevity and freeze protection. The fluid prevents valves from sticking even after long static periods and improves system life under slow moving high load conditions. The fluid has high compatibility with materials typically used in BOP control systems and maintains its properties for at least 28 days stagnant in the reservoir and up to 180 days when stagnant in hydraulic pilot lines.
